Each of the Priority Project’s performance will be tracked based on the specific targets and milestones with appropriate indicators. The monitoring mechanism below helps with identifying gaps, deviations, or delays in the plans and will be used to determine the causes and consequences of issues that form a roadblock.

The “live” dashboard can be accessed via web and mobile phones by TCIG’s top leadership and gives a current picture of the progress of the priority projects/initiatives, identifying the issues for intervention by the implementing Ministries and if required, by the Honourable Premier and the Cabinet via the escalation mechanism:
