In the 15 months of the establishment of the NDU, good progress has been achieved which is showcased in the Priority Projects Open Day panels. The important capacity building of the project/initiative owners has been embedded in the delivery approach, with the transfer of knowledge effected through “doing”  the daily delivery cadence, with support from the NDU.

It’s important to note that each project’s detailed implementation plan is not set in stone. There will be occasions where it requires to be revised or updated as new information, feedback, or opportunities arise.
